IFF has notified us that Danisco CHOOZIT PC ABL x 10 DOSE has been discontinued, effective immediately. A recommended replacement culture is available; ABL is no longer available. More information below.

APPLICATION
A 10-dose Penicillium camemberti (formerly candidum) surface-ripening culture commonly used for stabilized Brie and Camembert.
RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT
Description PC HP6 LYO 10 DOSE Product Code SR-3019-DN
PERFORMANCE NOTE
IFF advises that ABL is an older culture and that the suggested replacement will offer improved performance.
AVAILABILITY AND TIMING
Samples of the replacement culture are available now. We recommend trialing it as ABL inventory is depleted.
