Dairy Connection, Inc., is a supplier for the home & hobbyist cheesemaker as well as commercial specialty & small cheese manufacturers.

The products listed in our on-line catalog include a wide variety of cultures, coagulants, flavor enzymes, mold and aroma cultures as well as other ingredients and equipment needed to make cheeses and fermented milks.

We also carry a selection of specialty products that are not available on our website. The Dairy Connection sales staff and technicians are available to discuss your specific needs or questions from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CST) Monday thru Thursday and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

If you are interested in being classified as a commercial customer (providing web access to additional products and sizes) and you fit into one of the categories below, please scroll to the bottom of this page to find a link to our commercial account application. To be considered a Commercial Customer and to gain access to additional products on our website, you must fit one of the following criteria:

• Commercial Licensed Dairy or Food Processor for resale.
• Distributor of dairy food ingredients
• Educational Institution
• Non-Profit Organization

VOLUME DISCOUNTS: We encourage you to take advantage of our volume discount program. If your total purchase (pre-tax and before shipping and handling cost) is more than $300, a 5% discount will be applied to your purchase at the time of shipping, when your payment is processed. Please note that this discount will not show up on your online order confirmation, as the discount is not applied until your order is actually shipped. Volume discounts available to our customers are:

• Orders greater than $300 = 5% off
• Orders greater than $750 = 10% off
• Orders greater than $1500 = 15% off
• Orders greater than $2000 = 20% off

What's New

Welcome to our new website! We have worked hard to provide you with information and a variety of products that will serve your cheese and yogurt-making needs. We will continue to improve our online presence and product offerings over the coming days and weeks, and welcome your suggestions as we try to improve your online shopping experience with Dairy Connection Inc.

All online customers, new or old, will need to set up a log-in name and password to order from our new website. We will store your contact information and purchase history to facilitate your future visits and orders.

Customers interested in applying for Commercial Account status should click on the Commercial Account link at left to fill out the simple online application. A Dairy Connection representative will contact you as soon as possible with information regarding your status. As always, if you have an urgent need, please call us at 608-242-9030, where we are available to help you Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

If you live in the Madison, Wisconsin area and you would like to pick up your order in person, we request that you please phone ahead. Some days we are extremely busy with shipping and we would appreciate it if you would set up a specific time to stop by. In this way we can better serve you and everyone!
