If you're in the market for liquid cheese coating with a specific viscosity, color, and/or with or without mold inhibitor, read on!
What is PARAFLUID?
PARAFLUID is the brand name for an aqueous polymer dispersion with available additions of colorants and preservatives.
What did you say?
PARAFLUID is a polymer-based (think resin or plastic versus wax) liquid cheese coating that can be customized to your requirements in terms of color, viscosity and mold inhibition.
Customized?
When applied to the surface of cheeses, PARAFLUID creates, after drying, a protective coating that — depending on the formulation used — can be thin or thick, transparent, or colored, glossy, or opaque, and variable permeability.
Explain customized fluid?
PARAFLUID forms a protective coating on the surface of your cheese after drying. The viscosity (thickness) of the liquid coating can be varied to match your application needs – spraying, brushing, or dipping – to cover cheese in one or more coats. Many color options are available (see swatch below). The dried surface can be opaque or translucent – depending on your requirements.

Also …
Protection can be enhanced by including natamycin into PARAFLUID, making it a particularly effective product for combatting mold, thus contributing to the aesthetic, health, and marketing quality of cheeses.
Want your cheese mold free?
Mold inhibitor can be added to the coating which is remarkably effective at retarding mold growth – making your life easier, and your cheese prettier … winner, winner, chicken dinner.
