Introducing: Cheese Checkup

If you've received puzzling feedback on your product(s) from contest judges, our team is here to help. When seeking judges, contest organizers recruit experts with extensive experience and knowledge -- so contest evaluations, when offered, can be very helpful. However, sometimes it can be a challenge to translate critical judge feedback into improvements.

Dairy Connection technical team members have served for decades as judges for numerous contests, including esteemed competitions such as the World Cheese Championship, U.S. Cheese Championship, World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Products Contest, and the American Cheese Society's Judging & Competition, among others. While we've done so informally since 1999, we would like to formally invite our clients to connect with our technical team to discuss and help interpret any contest feedback that you have received. We're calling these "Cheese Checkup" sessions, and offer our input as a no-cost service to our customers.
