Description
Vegetable coagulant tablets for cheesemaking. Microbial, derived from mucor pusillus and/or mucor miehei. Conveniently scored into quarters. Shelf-stable, no need for refrigeration but should be stored in a cool, dry place not to exceed 95ºF. Freezing this product will extend its life. This product is vegetarian.
CONTAINS:
Microbial coagulant (mucor pusillus and/or mucor miehei), cellulose microcrystalline, sodium chloride USP
USED TO MAKE: All cheese requiring coagulant.
USAGE RATE: One full tablet will coagulate 50 liters (approx. 13 gallons) of milk. Tablets are scored and can be divided into halves or quarters for smaller quantities of milk.
