Description
TEXEL® PNT1 is a freeze-dried surface starter especially developed for optimizing external appearance of, inhibiting surface contaminants, and regulating drying and flavoring in meat applications. This surface culture is a polyvalent culture that is equally effective with natural and artificial casings and results in the development of a white, powdery coating of medium thickness with a traditional appearance, exhibiting rapid growth, offering flavor enhancement and good inhibition of surface contamination.
