Cheese wax in approximately 2-lb. or 60-lb. blocks available in a variety of colors.
Our cheese waxes are blends of formulated linear and branched hydrocarbon waxes; some contain small amounts of polymer, pigments or dyes.
Melting point of this wax is 140ºF-150ºF. Wax typically applied by dipping method at 165ºF-265ºF. Wax may also be applied with a clean brush or spray method. Cheese must be cool and dry at time of wax application for best results.
