Description

Aromatic Type B, also known as Aroma B, is a multi-species heterofermentative mesophilic starter culture for use in soft goat cheeses, cottage cheese, sour cream, cultured butter, fermented buttermilk and fresh cheeses. Produces excellent buttery, diacetyl notes.

USED TO MAKE: Chevre and other goat-milk cheeses, Havarti, Baby Swiss, Gouda, Edam, Blue, Camembert, Brie, Cottage Cheese, etc. May also be used to make Sour Cream, Buttermilk, Creme Fraiche, Cultured Butter.

USAGE RATE: For soft and fresh cheeses: 1 DOSE per 200 liters milk (approx. 53 gallons), 10 DOSE per 200 liters
